# Fees

0.2% to deposit or withdraw. 15% on new profits only.

* **Deposit: 0.2%** of the amount entering the vault.
* **Withdrawal: 0.2%** of the amount leaving the vault.
* **Performance: 15%** of new profits above a strict high-water mark.

**The performance fee applies only to profits, never to your deposited capital.**

## A strict high-water mark

If share value falls, it must recover to its previous high-water mark before another performance fee applies. Only new gains above that mark qualify; recovering earlier losses does not trigger a performance fee.

The mark is tracked per vault share, not separately for each investor.

Network gas and trading costs are separate. Review the app's fees and net amount before confirming a transaction.
